புலியை எதிர்க்கும் இந்தியனுக்கு

• பிரபாகரன் இந்தியாவிடம் சரணடைய வேண்டும்.

• இந்தியாவும் இலங்கையும் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்து தமிழர்களுக்கு சுதந்திரம் வாங்கித்
  தருவார்கள் [1].

• தமிழ் மொழி அரச கரும மொழியாக நடைமுறையில் வர இந்தியா வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும்.

• தமிழர்கள் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் சிங்களவர்களை விட அதிக புள்ளி எடுத்து
  பல்கலைக்கழகம் செல்லத் தேவையில்லை. இலங்கையில் எல்லோருக்கும் ஒரே புள்ளிதான்
  கணக்கிலெடுக்கப்படும் [4].

• இவ்வளவு நாளும் இறந்த பொதுமக்களுக்கு தமிழர்கள் என்றும் பார்க்காமல் அரசு உதவி
  வழங்கும். இதற்கு இந்தியா வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும்.

• புலிப் படையில் இருக்கும் அத்தனை போராளிகளுக்கும் இலங்கை அரசு பொது மன்னிப்பு
  வழங்க இந்திய அரசு வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும்.

• இறந்த மாவீரர்களின் கல்லறைகள் இயந்திரங்கள் கொண்டு தரைமட்டமாக்காமல், [இலங்கை
  இராணுவம் யாழ்ப்பாணத்தைக் கைப்பற்றிய உடன் செய்தது போல்], அவற்றை மதிக்கும் என
  இந்தியா வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும்.

• தமிழர்களை காவல்துறையிலும், இராணுவத்திலும் பாரபட்சமின்றி சேர்க்கும்.

• தமிழர்களின் பிரதேசங்களில் புத்தர் சிலைகளை புதிதாக நிறுவி, மேலும்
  சிங்களவர்களை அங்கு அரச உதவியுடன் குடியேற்றமாட்டார்கள் என இந்திய அரசு
  வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும் [2].

• தமிழர்களின் பிரதேசங்களும் பாரபட்சமின்றி புனரமைக்கப்படும்.

• இலங்கை அரசாங்கத்தில் இனத்திற்கு என்று தரப்படுத்தல் இன்றி ஜனநாய ரீதியாக
  தேர்வு செய்யப்படுபவர்கள் அத்தனை பேரும் சட்டசபையில் அமர முடியும் என்று
  இந்தியா வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும் [3].

• இலங்கையின் தலைவராக ஒரு தமிழரும் வரலாம் என்று சட்ட மாற்றம் கொண்டுவர இந்தியா
  வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும்.

• இலங்கைக் கொடியில் தமிழர்களை “ஏனையோர்” என்ற இலச்சினம் வழங்காமல் முழு
  இலங்கைக்கான ஒரு சமத்துவமான கொடியை உருவாக்கும் (அ) தமிழர்களுக்கு ஒரு இலச்சினை
  கொடியில் உருவாக்கப்படும் என்று இந்திய அரசு வாக்குறுதி வழங்கும்.

இவ்வளவும் வெறும் வாக்குறுதிகளாக மட்டும் இல்லாமல் முழுமையாக
நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டால், தமிழர்கள் மனிதர்களாக வாழ்வார்கள்.

இவைகள் நடக்கத் தவறினால், இலங்கை எதிரி, இந்தியா துரோகி.

பிரபாகரன் தமிழன். பிரபாகரன் மட்டும் தமிழன் அல்ல. சில கால
முரண்பாடுகளுக்குப் பின் மீண்டும் ஒரு பிரபாகரன் உதிப்பான். அவனுக்கு மக்களின்
நம்பிக்கையைப் பெற சில காலம் எடுக்கும். ஆனால், தமிழர்களுக்கு தீர்வு வரும்
மட்டும் ஏதோ ஒரு பிரபாகரன் உதிப்பான். அவன் வரலாற்றை உற்று நோக்கி முன்னவர்
விட்ட பிழையை விடாமல் அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு எடுத்துச் செல்வான் [Matrix].
எதிர்காலத்தில் கைக்கடக்கமான அணுகுண்டு உருவாகலாம்!

பிரபாகரனே சொல்லி இருக்கிறார் தான் இறந்தாலும் புலிகளை மற்றவர்கள் கொண்டு
நடத்துவார்கள். இந்திய இராணுவம் பிரபாகரனை கொன்று விட்டார்கள் என்று
அறிவித்து, பல காலமாக பிரபாகரன் பற்றிய எந்த செய்தியும் இல்லை. மக்கள் அவர்
இறந்து விட்டார் என்றே நம்பினார்கள். புலியில் இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கே தெரியாத
நிலை. பிரபாகரன் வளர்த்த புலிக்குட்டியை கொன்று செய்தி வெளியிட்டார்கள்.
அந்தச் சின்னக் குட்டி பாவம் என்று மனம் வருந்தியவர்களும் உண்டு. [இந்தியாவால்
முடியாததா என்ன? இந்தியா பெரிய இராணுவம்] ஆனால், அப்படி இருந்தும் புலிகள்
சரணடையவில்லை (அ) போராட்டத்தை கைவிடவில்லை.

அடுத்து வருபருக்கு மக்களின் நம்பிக்கையைப் பெற சிறிது காலம் எடுக்கும். பிறகு
மீண்டும் அதே நிலை தான்.

So there is no way of democratically get the government to have an election whether Tamils want a seperate state or not!

The uprisings in the North were also against elected governments because if you take the North and South, the bulk of the people were highly educated. In fact, until 1970 the bulk of the university entrants were from the North, then from the South. Mrs Bandaranaike’s Government, in 1971, introduced standardisation and the district quota system in order to enhance the opportunities for the vast majority from the not-so-developed areas to enter universities.
