Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) leader Arumugan Thondaman and three others are
to be sworn in as Cabinet Ministers after Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa

The official meeting between the King of Bhutan and the state leaders who took part in the 16th SAARC summit will take place today. The SAARC state leaders are scheduled to take part in the ceremony to hoist a special flag called “Ladhar” which depicts the defeat of enemy forces.
